Store Policies

In Store Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of purchase. 14 Days for seasonal items.
  • If original form of payment was cash and item is under $25.00 we will refund your cash purchase. If cash purchase over $25.00 we will ask you to exchange or take store credit. 

  • Credit card sales we will return to your credit card if returned within 30 days or 14 days for seasonal items. 

  • All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. 

  • Returns using gift receipts may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.  

  • Returns with no receipt or gift receipt will be given store credit at the discretion of the store.  We reserve the right to not accept returns without receipt.

  • Items sold at a discount are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items with any manufacturer defect or issue within the 30 day return time, we will work with company to replace or correct situation and make it right with the customer to the best of our ability.

  • Face Masks are NOT returnable. 

Web Order Returns

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your web order, your web order can be returned by bringing to the store or shipping back to the store at customers expense within 14 days of deleivery.

  • Items MUST be returned in their original packaging,  not worn and with original tags.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  

  • The refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the purchase or a credit to customers account or a gift card. 

  • We do not offer direct exchange for web orders. To exchange a item purchased on line customer will need to return the item to the store, at your expense and reorder the new item.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Sale Items. 

  • Damaged or defective items-please contact the store immediately and we will help you.

  • Face masks are NOT returnable. 

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items Received: Please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution with you!

  • Gift Certificates are NOT able to be returned or refunded
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale Items

All sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.   
Sale items cannot be put on hold. You may call and pay for a sale item over the phone it necessary. 

Pennsylvania Sales Tax (6%) will be charged on all taxable merchandise shipped in Pennsylvania. As per Pennsylvania tax laws, no tax will be charge on clothing or essential items.

  • First Class: Quick, but only available for packages under 13oz.
  • Priority: Will arrive in 2-3 days.  Anything over 13oz. is not eligible for First Class and will automatically ship Priority.
  • Orders placed on Friday (after 2pm EST), Saturday or Sunday. Orders will be shipped on Monday except on Holidays. No orders will be shipped or received on holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.
